1. Send us an e-mail info@vanluechene.be giving the reference of the article from our online catalogue. Alternatively, forward us the picture of the item you want.
    
2. Please give us as much information as you can about your feet: your size in other marks, in sport shoessuch as Adidas, Nike, Converse, and whether you have any particular problems finding shoes that fil.
   
3. If you don't see a style you like, please contact us and let us know; we keep manu more styles that are not shown on the web pages. We always have at least 10,000 pairs in stock.
   
4. The delivery cost for each pair of shoes is 9 Euros, and this will be added to the price shown in the catalogue. For exemple: 86,76 + 9 = 95,76 EURO.
   
5. We ask for payment to be made by direct transfer into our bank account (detail are below), and we will send you shoes to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
   
   Please make any returns to us within ten days of receipt of you shoes.
   
6. I'm sorry, but we do not accept payment by credit card.
